As described in the terms and conditions, we are not liable for any transactions taking place on this platform since all transaction are between buyer and seller only.
If your account has been suspended/blocked in error, please contact us.
Sellers who wish to sell on this platform need to purchase credits prior to listing products. You can do so by navigating to: My Account > Dashboard. Under Account Details, enter the amount you would like to credit your account with, and continue with the payment. All fees will be deducted from your balance. Should you decide to cease using our services, contact us for refund of remaining balance.
In case of a dispute with a buyer, contact the buyer first; in-case a resolution can not be reached, contact us and we will do our best to mediate the situation.
Seller who receive excessive negative feedback will be suspended/blocked.
